For its usage of KnowledgePulse®, the MPREIS supermarket chain (market leader in Western Austria) was awarded the gold level of the prestigious Brandon Hall Award in the category “Best Use of Blended Learning”. MPREIS is thus in a league with companies such as Microsoft (gold), Hewlett-Packard (silver) and KPMG (bronze), which also became category winners.
MPREIS has been successfully employing KnowledgePulse® and MicroLearning (project title “MicroLearning for effective training of employees and apprentices”) for many years, particularly for apprenticeship training and the people-in process. Even before in-person training, employees acquire essential basic knowledge via their PC, iPad, or mobile phone, thus attaining a similar level of knowledge. Knowledge gaps are made visible so that trainers can respond in a targeted manner. MPREIS thus makes use of valuable training time more effectively and more interactively.

The Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Learning Awards are awarded each year in 20 different categories for outstanding achievements in the field of learning and training.
