Intel Corp. and Research Studios Austria are partners for knowledge-building in companies and large organizations

“Many companies and governments are still far away from being a learning organization regarding all the facts and knowledge that is not known and will not be passed. Microlearning is the solution for the fact, that manuals are not studied, training documents are not repeated and product information will only be overflown” says Prof. Dr. Peter A. Bruck, CEO of RSA FG.

“Intel welcomes the Microlearning approach, developed by the Research Studios and the international discussion on Microlearning, constantly in terms of Life-Long Learning: any time, anywhere, just in time“, says Dr. Martina Roth, Senior Director for Global Strategy, Research and Policy at Intel.

The goal is to develop PC and Smartphone devices as a primary learning instrument and
to develop appropriate solutions for mobile use and other devices.

With microlearning users can take charge of their own learning succes. They can download a learning system that’s suitable for the small screens from the web stores of their providers as well as use or buy relevant content. Users can learn seamlessly their learning content independent of the currently utilized device (PC, notebook, mobile phone).

The scientific conference is partially funded from the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science and Research.
